For a recipient in Ouderkerk aan den IJssel, you can place the order from abroad and have the flowers prepared locally for delivery. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. For payment, checkout uses your own currency. Your order includes a card at no extra cost, carrying your message without edits. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card.
Select a city to see local florists & same-day delivery options
Allow for the time difference when ordering: the same-day deadline in Ouderkerk aan den IJssel is 14:00 local time. Give the recipient’s full name, street and number, postcode and town, plus a contact phone number for address queries. If the building requires an access code, provide it when placing the order.
Before sending flowers to De Schakel, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. For a delivery to a teacher at Koningin Julianaschool, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. When several people are giving the flowers together at Koningin Wilhelminaschool, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.
For a service at Dorpskerk, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. For a service at Hersteld Hervormde Gemeente, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. If the service takes place at Oosterkerk, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Other listed options include dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and cakes. Check availability for the product you choose.
