You do not need to be in Greymouth to order: a local florist prepares and delivers flowers sent from abroad. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. The order can be paid for online in your own currency. The card is included in the order, and your message is printed exactly as written. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else. Local landmarks such as Greymouth Sth African War memorial are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark. Coulthard and Hill Memorial is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door.

The order needs the recipient’s full name, a contact number and the complete destination address, including its street number, postcode and town. Any required building access code should accompany the order. Address details for Blaketown should include the locality, street, number and postcode.
If you are sending to a guest of Ashley Hotel, check the hotel’s arrangements for accepting flowers and address the order using the name on the reservation. Check that Australasian Hotel can accept flowers for the guest before ordering, using the reservation name to identify them.
A delivery for John Paul II High School is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
For a service at St Patrick's, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. Flowers for a service at The Holy Trinity Anglican Church are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For a guest at Royal Hotel, confirm that the hotel accepts flower deliveries and provide the name used for the reservation.
Sending to a patient at Te Nikau Hospital & Health Centre calls for a check with their ward about flowers and the hospital’s complete delivery address on the order.
Check whether Greymouth Courthouse accepts flowers for staff before ordering, and include the organisation and any department in the delivery details.
Where the delivery address includes Cobden, retain the locality when filling in the order.
A delivery timed for a meal at The Speights Ale House needs the reservation name and the sitting; ask whether an earlier drop-off suits the restaurant better than one during service.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and balloons; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
