A flower order for Hastings can be placed from abroad, with a local florist handling the arrangement and delivery. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. Pay for the flowers online, using your own currency at checkout. You can write a message for the card without an extra charge, and the wording stays as you entered it. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear. People locate the town by Hastings War Memorial in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination. Local landmarks such as Havelock North War Memorial are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.

Supply the full street address and postcode for the delivery town, and identify the recipient by their full name and contact telephone number. Add any required entry code before submitting the order. Include the locality name on an order addressed to someone in Waipatu.
Sending to a patient at Kaweka Hospital calls for a check with their ward about flowers and the hospital’s complete delivery address on the order.
Check that Mangapapa Hotel can accept flowers for the guest before ordering, using the reservation name to identify them. A flower order for someone staying at Porter's Boutique Hotel should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first. A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Quest Hastings, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted. For delivery details relating to Mangapapa Hotel, its listed address is Napier Road 466; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
Sending flowers to someone at Hereworth School? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. Before sending flowers to Iona College, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. A delivery for Lindisfarne College is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
When the recipient is at Royston Private Hospital, the destination should be the hospital’s full address, after confirmation that the ward accepts flowers.
If the recipient works at Hastings District Council, ask about personal flower deliveries and identify the organisation and their department in the address.
For someone in Stortford Lodge, use that locality name within the delivery address.
If flowers are going to Kohupatiki Cemetery, check the opening hours for the day of the service and agree a handover point rather than relying on a plot number.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Pizza Hut, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and balloons; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
