Send flowers to someone in Karitane without being there yourself: ordering is online, with preparation and delivery handled locally. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. You pay online in your own currency. The card is included in the order, and your message is printed exactly as written. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else. Local landmarks such as Seacliff Lunatic Asylum memorial are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.

The order needs the recipient’s full name, a contact number and the complete destination address, including its street number, postcode and town. If an entry code is needed, include it with the order.
A flower order for someone staying at Golden Fleece Hotel should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first. Golden Fleece Hotel has a listed address of Main Road 198; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
A delivery for Karitane School is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For flowers addressed to someone at Karitane Hall, give the organisation and department and confirm that personal deliveries are accepted.
If flowers are going to Karitane Cemetery, check the opening hours for the day of the service and agree a handover point rather than relying on a plot number.
A delivery timed for a meal at The Karitane General Store & Kitchen needs the reservation name and the sitting; ask whether an earlier drop-off suits the restaurant better than one during service.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and balloons; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
