You do not need to be in Kennedys Bush to order: a local florist prepares and delivers flowers sent from abroad. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. When you complete the order, you pay online in your own currency. There is no charge for the accompanying card, which uses your message exactly as supplied. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card. Local landmarks such as Archie Lilly memorial are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.

Before submitting, include the recipient’s full name and phone number together with the destination’s street, number, postcode and town. Supply any necessary door code as part of the delivery instructions. Where the delivery address includes Murray Aynsley, retain the locality when filling in the order.
Check that Otahuna Lodge can accept flowers for the guest before ordering, using the reservation name to identify them. You will find Otahuna Lodge listed at Rhodes Road 224; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
For a delivery to a teacher at Governors Bay School, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. A delivery for Knights Stream School is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. Sending flowers to someone at Hohepa (Canterbury)? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.
When a funeral service is held at Carmelite Monastery, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. For a service at St Marys Church, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For a patient at Princess Margaret Hospital, ask the relevant ward about flower deliveries before ordering and use the hospital’s address as the destination.
When the destination is in Oaklands, include the locality rather than leaving it out of the address.
Confirm the delivery point and handover arrangements with Lamb & Hayward before using it as the address for a funeral tribute. Before sending a tribute to Linwood Cemetery, ask which gate is used for deliveries and whether somebody needs to be there to receive it.
If you are planning flowers for a meal at Sign of the Kiwi, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and balloons. Check availability for the product you choose.
