You can order flowers for Opawa online from another country, with local preparation and delivery. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. You can complete payment online using your own currency. Your message is reproduced without changes on the complimentary card included with the order. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from. Local landmarks such as Queen Victoria Statue / Christchurch South African War memorial are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark. Memorial Gate is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door.

The order needs the recipient’s full name, a contact number and the complete destination address, including its street number, postcode and town. Add any required entry code before submitting the order. Include the locality name on an order addressed to someone in Murray Aynsley.
If the recipient is staying at Crowne Plaza Christchurch, ask about flower delivery arrangements and give the name on their reservation. For flowers addressed to a guest at Rydges Latimer, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order.
Before sending flowers to Heathcote Valley School, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. For a delivery to a teacher at Kimihia Parents' College, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. When several people are giving the flowers together at St Michael's Church School, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.
If the service takes place at Christchurch Nurses Memorial Chapel, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. When a funeral service is held at Rose Historic Chapel, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. For a service at Christ's College Chapel, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If you cannot visit a guest at Ibis Hotel Christchurch, check flower acceptance with the hotel and use the reservation name when ordering.
Before sending to Princess Margaret Hospital, confirm flower acceptance with the ward and enter the hospital’s own delivery address.
When entering an address in Charleston, include the locality as well as the street and postcode.
If the delivery address is John Rhind Funeral Directors, confirm the exact meeting point and arrangements with the venue before ordering a tribute. A tribute addressed to Linwood Cemetery should carry the name of the person it is for and the time of the service: a cemetery covers more ground than a single address.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at ROCA, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and balloons; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
