Flower Delivery in Frekhaug — FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions — Flower Delivery in Frekhaug

What happens if a flower is unavailable?

If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.

Can I request a specific delivery time?

A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.

Which payment methods can I use?

You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.

What happens if the recipient is not home?

If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.

Where should I send flowers for someone who is travelling?

For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.

What should I check before sending flowers to a hospital?

When the recipient is at Nordhordland Legevakt, the destination should be the hospital’s full address, after confirmation that the ward accepts flowers.

What should I check before sending flowers to a workplace?

An order addressed to NAV Alver should identify the organisation and recipient’s department; ask about personal deliveries first.

Can I arrange flowers for a restaurant celebration?

A delivery timed for a meal at Milano Pizzeria Knarvik needs the reservation name and the sitting; ask whether an earlier drop-off suits the restaurant better than one during service.

What else can I send besides flowers?

You can also browse gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine and champagne, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
