What happens if a flower is unavailable?

If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.

What details are needed for a hotel delivery?

When addressing flowers to a guest at Alver Hotel, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel.
