Flower Delivery in Heim

For a recipient in Heim, you can place the order from abroad and have the flowers prepared locally for delivery. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from. People locate the town by Keiko's Memorial Cairn in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination.

Sending Flowers to Schools in Heim

When several people are giving the flowers together at Kyrksæterøra videregående skole, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. A delivery for Sodin skole is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. Sending flowers to someone at Ven skole? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.

Funeral and Sympathy Flowers in Heim

Flowers for a service at Halsa kirke are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. When a funeral service is held at Heim kirke, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. If the service takes place at Hemne kirke, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.

What happens if a flower is unavailable?

If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.

You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.

What happens if the recipient is not home?

If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.

Where should I send flowers for someone who is travelling?

For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.

What details are needed for a hotel delivery?

If you cannot visit a guest at Hotell Hemne, check flower acceptance with the hotel and use the reservation name when ordering.

Before placing a workplace order for NAV Heim, ask whether personal deliveries are accepted and give the organisation and recipient’s department.

How should I include the locality in the address?

In practice, include the locality name on an order addressed to someone in Kjørse.

Can I arrange flowers for a restaurant celebration?

If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Kafé Koselig, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.

Other listed options include gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine and champagne. Check availability for the product you choose.
