Frequently Asked Questions — Flower Delivery in Bergsmo

What happens if a flower is unavailable?

An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.

Can I request a specific delivery time?

A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.

Which payment methods can I use?

You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.

What happens if the recipient is not home?

If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.

Where should I send flowers for someone who is travelling?

For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.

What details are needed for a hotel delivery?

A flower order for someone staying at Grong Gård should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first.

What should I check before sending flowers to a workplace?

For someone working at Grong kommunehus, confirm that flowers can be accepted and supply the organisation’s name and the relevant department.

How should I include the locality in the address?

Keep the locality on the order when the recipient’s address is in Grovin.

What else can I send besides flowers?

The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine and champagne; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
