Frequently Asked Questions — Flower Delivery in Overhalla

What happens if a flower is unavailable?

An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.

Can I request a specific delivery time?

A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.

Which payment methods can I use?

You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.

Where should I send flowers for someone who is travelling?

For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.

What details are needed for a hotel delivery?

If you cannot visit a guest at Namsen Salmon & Train Experience, check flower acceptance with the hotel and use the reservation name when ordering.

What should I check before sending flowers to a workplace?

Check whether Overhalla rådhus accepts flowers for staff before ordering, and include the organisation and any department in the delivery details.

How should I include the locality in the address?

For a recipient whose address is in Svalia, keep that place name in the address you enter.

What else can I send besides flowers?

You can also browse gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine and champagne, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
