Flower Delivery in Refstad

Send your flower order for Refstad online from abroad; preparation and delivery take place locally. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. Place your order online and pay in your own currency. Write your message for the included card, free of charge and without changes to your wording. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear. People locate the town by KIRSTEN OHM in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination. Wedelmonumentet is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door.

Frequently Asked Questions — Flower Delivery in Refstad

What happens if a flower is unavailable?

If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.

Can I request a specific delivery time?

A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.

Which payment methods can I use?

You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.

What happens if the recipient is not home?

If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.

Where should I send flowers for someone who is travelling?

For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.

What details are needed for a hotel delivery?

Before ordering for a guest at Hotel Bristol, ask the hotel about flower deliveries and confirm the reservation name.

What should I check before sending flowers to a workplace?

Before sending to a workplace such as Statens vegvesen, Vegdirektoratet, check acceptance and include the organisation and department in the address.

How should I include the locality in the address?

Where the delivery address includes Brynseng, retain the locality when filling in the order.

What should I check before sending a funeral tribute?

If the delivery address is Den siste reisen begravelsesbyrå, confirm the exact meeting point and arrangements with the venue before ordering a tribute. If flowers are going to Krist kirkegård, check the opening hours for the day of the service and agree a handover point rather than relying on a plot number.

Can I arrange flowers for a restaurant celebration?

If you are planning flowers for a meal at Ekebergrestauranten, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.

What else can I send besides flowers?

You can also browse gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine and champagne, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
