Flower Delivery in Rislokka — FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions — Flower Delivery in Rislokka

What happens if a flower is unavailable?

If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.

Can I request a specific delivery time?

A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.

Which payment methods can I use?

You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.

Where should I send flowers for someone who is travelling?

For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.

What details are needed for a hotel delivery?

For flowers addressed to a guest at Hotel Bristol, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order.

What should I check before sending flowers to a hospital?

Sending to a patient at Aker sykehus calls for a check with their ward about flowers and the hospital’s complete delivery address on the order.

What should I check before sending flowers to a workplace?

Ask about personal flower deliveries at Statens vegvesen, Vegdirektoratet, then identify the organisation and recipient’s department on the order.

How should I include the locality in the address?

If the recipient’s address is in Brynseng, keep that locality in the full delivery address.

What should I check before sending a funeral tribute?

For a tribute addressed to Den siste reisen begravelsesbyrå, check the delivery arrangements and precise meeting point with the venue first. A tribute addressed to Krist kirkegård should carry the name of the person it is for and the time of the service: a cemetery covers more ground than a single address.

Can I arrange flowers for a restaurant celebration?

If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Ekebergrestauranten, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.

What else can I send besides flowers?

You can also browse gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine and champagne, subject to the availability of your chosen product.

What should I check before sending flowers to a school?

Before sending flowers to Noroff School of Technology and Digital Media, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
