Include the full delivery address and postcode, the recipient’s name and a phone number the florist can use if details need checking. A flower order for someone staying at Rosendal turisthotell should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first.

Sending Flowers to Schools in Seimsfoss

A delivery for Omvikdalen skule is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. For a delivery to a teacher at Rosendal ungdomsskule, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. Before sending flowers to Malmanger skule, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.

Funeral and Sympathy Flowers in Seimsfoss

If the service takes place at Kvinnherad kyrkje, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.

What happens if a flower is unavailable?

An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.

Can I request a specific delivery time?

You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.

Which payment methods can I use?

You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.

What happens if the recipient is not home?

If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.

Where should I send flowers for someone who is travelling?

For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.

What details are needed for a hotel delivery?

For flowers addressed to a guest at Rosendal Fjordhotel, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order.

What should I check before sending flowers to a workplace?

Ask about personal flower deliveries at Kvinnherad rådhus, then identify the organisation and recipient’s department on the order.

How should I include the locality in the address?

Address details for Lundsneset should include the locality, street, number and postcode.

Can I arrange flowers for a restaurant celebration?

Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Restaurant IRIS, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.

What else can I send besides flowers?

You can also browse gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine and champagne, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
