Sending Flowers to Schools in Skogmo

A delivery for Overhalla barne- og ungdomsskole is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. For a delivery to a teacher at Olav Duun videregående skole, avd. Overhalla, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.

Frequently Asked Questions — Flower Delivery in Skogmo

What happens if a flower is unavailable?

An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.

Can I request a specific delivery time?

You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.

Which payment methods can I use?

You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.

What happens if the recipient is not home?

If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.

Where should I send flowers for someone who is travelling?

For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.

What details are needed for a hotel delivery?

A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Namsen Salmon & Train Experience, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted.

What should I check before sending flowers to a workplace?

For a recipient at Overhalla rådhus, include the organisation’s name and any floor or department, and check whether personal deliveries are accepted.

How should I include the locality in the address?

If the destination is in Skogmo industripark, retain the locality name as part of the full address.

What else can I send besides flowers?

Other listed options include gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine and champagne. Check availability for the product you choose.
