Flower Delivery in Tangerud — FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions — Flower Delivery in Tangerud

What happens if a flower is unavailable?

If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.

Can I request a specific delivery time?

You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.

Which payment methods can I use?

You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.

What happens if the recipient is not home?

If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.

Where should I send flowers for someone who is travelling?

For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.

What details are needed for a hotel delivery?

If the recipient is staying at Tyrifjord hotell, ask about flower delivery arrangements and give the name on their reservation.

What should I check before sending flowers to a workplace?

For a recipient at Modum rådhus, include the organisation’s name and any floor or department, and check whether personal deliveries are accepted.

How should I include the locality in the address?

For someone in Gomnes, use that locality name within the delivery address.

What else can I send besides flowers?

Other listed options include gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine and champagne. Check availability for the product you choose.
