Flower Delivery in Barrio Unido — FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions — Flower Delivery in Barrio Unido

What happens if a flower is unavailable?

If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.

Can I request a specific delivery time?

A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.

Which payment methods can I use?

You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.

What happens if the recipient is not home?

If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.

Where should I send flowers for someone who is travelling?

For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.

What should I check before sending flowers to a workplace?

For a recipient at SUNARP, include the organisation’s name and any floor or department, and check whether personal deliveries are accepted.

How should I include the locality in the address?

Address details for Pampa Yurac should include the locality, street, number and postcode.

Can I arrange flowers for a restaurant celebration?

A delivery timed for a meal at La Carreta de Pichin needs the reservation name and the sitting; ask whether an earlier drop-off suits the restaurant better than one during service.

What else can I send besides flowers?

Other listed options include gift baskets, plants and chocolates. Check availability for the product you choose.
