Flower Delivery in Gubity — FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions — Flower Delivery in Gubity

What happens if a flower is unavailable?

If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.

Can I request a specific delivery time?

You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.

Which payment methods can I use?

You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.

What happens if the recipient is not home?

If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.

Where should I send flowers for someone who is travelling?

For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.

What details are needed for a hotel delivery?

If you are sending to a guest of Ośrodek Wypoczynkowy "Krecik", check the hotel’s arrangements for accepting flowers and address the order using the name on the reservation.

How should I include the locality in the address?

Keep the locality on the order when the recipient’s address is in Kolonia Warszawska.

What should I check before sending funeral or remembrance flowers?

Before sending a tribute to Cmentarz komunalny Dury, ask which gate is used for deliveries and whether somebody needs to be there to receive it.

Can I arrange flowers for a restaurant celebration?

If you are planning flowers for a meal at Bar Szałas, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.

What else can I send besides flowers?

You can also browse dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and cakes, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
