Flower Delivery in Sleza

If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.

You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.

You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.

For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.

For flowers addressed to a guest at Zamek Topacz, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order.

Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Aroma, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.

The listed gift categories include dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
