Send flowers to someone in Alvura without being there yourself: ordering is online, with preparation and delivery handled locally. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. Checkout lets you pay in your own currency. Your message is reproduced without changes on the complimentary card included with the order. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from. Local landmarks such as Monumento à Comunidade Maiata are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.
Select a city to see local florists & same-day delivery options
Order before 18:00 in the destination’s local time for same-day delivery in Alvura. For the delivery address, provide the recipient’s full name and telephone number along with the street, house number, postcode and town. Remember to include the entry code if the destination requires one. For someone in Barca, use that locality name within the delivery address.
A flower order for someone staying at Hotel Premium should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first. If you are sending to a guest of Hotel Central Parque, check the hotel’s arrangements for accepting flowers and address the order using the name on the reservation.
A delivery for DeRose Method Alto da Maia is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. For a delivery to a teacher at Escola de Segunda Oportunidade de Matosinhos, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
Flowers for a service at Igreja de Santa Rita are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. If the service takes place at Igreja do Bom Pastor, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. For a service at Mosteiro de Leça do Balio, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For a guest at Ibis Hotel São João, confirm that the hotel accepts flower deliveries and provide the name used for the reservation.
For a patient at Hospital de Dia da Maia, ask the relevant ward about flower deliveries before ordering and use the hospital’s address as the destination.
For someone working at Câmara Municipal da Maia, confirm that flowers can be accepted and supply the organisation’s name and the relevant department.
Address details for Gueifães should include the locality, street, number and postcode.
Before sending a tribute to Cemitério de São Mamede de Infesta, ask which gate is used for deliveries and whether somebody needs to be there to receive it.
A delivery timed for a meal at 100 Montaditos needs the reservation name and the sitting; ask whether an earlier drop-off suits the restaurant better than one during service.
