You’ll pick the city and day on the product
Send your flower order for Ambroes online from abroad; preparation and delivery take place locally. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. At checkout, the order is paid online in your own currency. You can write a message for the card without an extra charge, and the wording stays as you entered it. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear. Ponte de Esmoriz is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door.
Select a city to see local florists & same-day delivery options
Place a same-day order for Ambroes by the local cutoff of 18:00. Supply the full street address and postcode for the delivery town, and identify the recipient by their full name and contact telephone number. If an entry code is needed, include it with the order.
If you are sending to a guest of Douro Suites, check the hotel’s arrangements for accepting flowers and address the order using the name on the reservation. If the recipient is staying at Pensão Varandas, ask about flower delivery arrangements and give the name on their reservation.
A delivery for EB1 do Pedregal is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. Sending flowers to someone at Escola Básica 2 /3 Ciclos de Cinfães (edifício secundário) - Centro Novas Oportunidades? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.
If the service takes place at Capela Mortuária de Ancede, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. For a service at Capela de Nossa Senhora de ao Pé-da-Cruz, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. For a service at Capela de Santo António, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Check that Douro Royal Hotel & Spa can accept flowers for the guest before ordering, using the reservation name to identify them.
An order for a staff member at Câmara Municipal de Cinfães should include their organisation and department, with acceptance of flower deliveries checked beforehand.
A delivery timed for a meal at Azenha needs the reservation name and the sitting; ask whether an earlier drop-off suits the restaurant better than one during service.
You can also browse dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses, cakes and balloons, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
