You’ll pick the city and day on the product
A florist in Canastrez handles the arrangement and delivery when you order from abroad. When choosing the flowers, consider the recipient’s tastes and whether you want the gift to feel personal, formal or understated for the person receiving it. You pay online in your own currency. There is no charge for the accompanying card, which uses your message exactly as supplied. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card. Ponte de Esmoriz is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door.
Select a city to see local florists & same-day delivery options
Place a same-day order for Canastrez by the local cutoff of 18:00. Use the full destination address on the order: street and number, postcode and town, followed by the recipient’s name and contact number. Any required building access code should accompany the order.
Before ordering for a guest at Douro Royal Hotel & Spa, ask the hotel about flower deliveries and confirm the reservation name. If the recipient is staying at Douro Suites, ask about flower delivery arrangements and give the name on their reservation.
Before sending flowers to Escola Básica 2 /3 Ciclos de Cinfães (edifício secundário) - Centro Novas Oportunidades, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
For a service at Alminhas de Porto Antigo, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. For a service at Capela Mortuária de Ancede, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. When a funeral service is held at Capela de Nossa Senhora de ao Pé-da-Cruz, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
When addressing flowers to a guest at Douro Palace Hotel Resort & Spa, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel.
Before sending to a workplace such as Câmara Municipal de Cinfães, check acceptance and include the organisation and department in the address.
For a table booked at Azenha, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.
The listed gift categories include dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses, cakes and balloons; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
