You’ll pick the city and day on the product
Ordering from abroad? A local florist prepares and delivers your flowers in Chao da Feira. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. You pay online in your own currency. The included card carries your personal message word for word, with no additional charge. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from. People locate the town by Dom Nuno Álvares Pereira in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination. Arménio Marques is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door.
Select a city to see local florists & same-day delivery options
The same-day ordering cutoff in Chao da Feira is 18:00, local time. Give the recipient’s full name, street and number, postcode and town, plus a contact phone number for address queries. When the entrance uses a code, add it before completing the order. Keep the locality on the order when the recipient’s address is in Bairro de São Miguel.
A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Pensão Gladius, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted. Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to Haven Nature Hotel and Villas, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers.
A delivery for Escola António Cândido da Encarnação is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. Sending flowers to someone at Escola Primária da Ribeira de Cima? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.
Flowers for a service at Capela da Santa Casa da Misericórdia are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. If the service takes place at Capela de São Jorge, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. When a funeral service is held at Igreja Matriz da Batalha, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
When addressing flowers to a guest at Hotel Residencial Batalha, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel.
Before sending to a workplace such as Câmara Municipal de Porto de Mós, check acceptance and include the organisation and department in the address.
An address in Casal das Cancelas should retain that locality alongside the other delivery details.
A delivery timed for a meal at Mestre Afonso needs the reservation name and the sitting; ask whether an earlier drop-off suits the restaurant better than one during service.
