You’ll pick the city and day on the product
Ordering from abroad? A local florist prepares and delivers your flowers in Tojal de Baixo. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. Your own currency is used for payment at checkout. Add your personal message to the free card; your words are kept unchanged. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from. Dom Nuno Álvares Pereira is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door.
Select a city to see local florists & same-day delivery options
The order must be placed before 18:00 local time for same-day flowers in Tojal de Baixo. Give the recipient’s full name, street and number, postcode and town, plus a contact phone number for address queries. Add the building’s entry code to the delivery details when a code is needed. Where the delivery address includes Casal dos Matos, retain the locality when filling in the order.
Sending to Hotel Residencial Batalha? Check acceptance with the hotel and put the reservation name on the order. Check with Pensão Gladius before sending flowers for a guest, and supply the name on the booking.
When several people are giving the flowers together at Escola António Cândido da Encarnação, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. For a delivery to a teacher at Escola Primária da Ribeira de Cima, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
If the service takes place at Capela da Santa Casa da Misericórdia, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. For a service at Capela de Santo Antão, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. Flowers for a service at Capela de São Jorge are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
A flower order for someone staying at Hotel Villa Batalha should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first.
Address flowers for someone at Câmara Municipal da Batalha with the organisation and department clearly identified, after checking that personal deliveries are accepted.
For someone in Cruz d'Areia, use that locality name within the delivery address.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Pérola do Fetal, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
You can also browse dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses, cakes and balloons, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
