You can order flowers for Cruz de Baixo online from another country, with local preparation and delivery. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. The order can be paid for online in your own currency. Your order includes a card at no extra cost, carrying your message without edits. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card. People locate the town by Monumento aos Mortos da Grande Guerra in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination.

Complete the order with the destination’s street address, number, postcode and town, adding the recipient’s full name and contact telephone number. When the entrance uses a code, add it before completing the order. For a recipient whose address is in Assento, keep that place name in the address you enter.
If you are sending to a guest of Boutique Mouras, check the hotel’s arrangements for accepting flowers and address the order using the name on the reservation. A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Casa do Engenho, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted.
Before sending flowers to Antiga Escola Primária de Vilar de Viando, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. Sending flowers to someone at Escola Primária de Boeiros? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.
When a funeral service is held at Capela Nossa Senhora da Conceição, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. Flowers for a service at Capela da Casa do Campo are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. For a service at Capela de Santo Amaro, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Check with Mondim Água Hotel before sending flowers for a guest, and supply the name on the booking.
Check with the ward at Hospital de Mondim de Basto before ordering flowers, and use the hospital’s own address for the delivery.
Address flowers for someone at Junta de Freguesia de Britelo, Gémeos e Ourilhe with the organisation and department clearly identified, after checking that personal deliveries are accepted.
If the destination is in Bouça, retain the locality name as part of the full address.
Confirm the delivery point and handover arrangements with Senhora da Graça (Pereira e Barros) before using it as the address for a funeral tribute.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Don Corleone, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
