For delivery on the same day in Revenda, the order needs to be placed before 18:00 local time. Complete the order with the destination’s street address, number, postcode and town, adding the recipient’s full name and contact telephone number. Provide the code needed to enter the building, where applicable. For an address in Castanheira, include the locality together with the street, number and postcode.
Sending to Vila Luena? Check acceptance with the hotel and put the reservation name on the order. For a guest at Maison Albar, confirm that the hotel accepts flower deliveries and provide the name used for the reservation.
For a delivery to a teacher at ATAHCA, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. A delivery for Escola Básica do 1º Ciclo de Pico de Regalados is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. Before sending flowers to Jardim de Infância da Lage, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
For a service at Igreja Paroquial de Moure, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. Flowers for a service at Igreja de São João Batista are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. If the service takes place at Igreja do Divino Salvador de Pedregais, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to Hotel Quinta do Pico, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers.
Before placing a workplace order for Câmara Municipal de Vila Verde, ask whether personal deliveries are accepted and give the organisation and recipient’s department.
For a recipient whose address is in Coto, keep that place name in the address you enter.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Quinta da Aldeia, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
The listed gift categories include dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses, cakes and balloons; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
