You do not need to be in Carolina to order: a local florist prepares and delivers flowers sent from abroad. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. Pay for the flowers online, using your own currency at checkout. The included card carries your personal message word for word, with no additional charge. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from. Local landmarks such as Monumento a Roberto Clemente Walker are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark. People locate the town by Monumento al Rey San Fernando III in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination.

For delivery on the same day in Carolina, the order needs to be placed before 14:00 local time. The address details should identify the street and number, postcode and town, as well as the recipient’s full name and phone number. If the building requires an access code, provide it when placing the order. Address details for Carruzos should include the locality, street, number and postcode.
A flower order for someone staying at Fairmont El San Juan Hotel should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first. Sending to Hyatt Centric San Juan Isla Verde? Check acceptance with the hotel and put the reservation name on the order. For flowers addressed to a guest at Residence Inn by Marriott San Juan Isla Verde, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order. The location listed for Fairmont El San Juan Hotel is Avenida Isla Verde 6063; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
When several people are giving the flowers together at Escuela Dr. Clemente Fernández, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. A delivery for Escuela Dr. José M. Lázaro is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. Sending flowers to someone at Escuela Dr. Ramón Mellado Parsons? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.
Flowers for a service at Chabad Jewish Center of Puerto Rico are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. For a service at Parroquia San Fernando Rey de la Carolina, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
An order addressed to Casa Alcaldía de Carolina should identify the organisation and recipient’s department; ask about personal deliveries first.
For someone in Residencial Los Mirtos, use that locality name within the delivery address.
A delivery timed for a meal at Sizzler needs the reservation name and the sitting; ask whether an earlier drop-off suits the restaurant better than one during service.
