You’ll pick the city and day on the product
Ordering from abroad? A local florist prepares and delivers your flowers in Mecca ( Makkah ). Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. Place your order online and pay in your own currency. Add your personal message to the free card; your words are kept unchanged. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from. People locate the town by Maqam Ibrahim in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination. Local landmarks such as Big Jamarah are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.

The local ordering deadline for same-day flowers in Mecca ( Makkah ) is 18:00. Provide the street, number, postcode and town together with the recipient’s full name and contact telephone number. If an entry code is needed, include it with the order. If the destination is in Ajyad, retain the locality name as part of the full address.
For a recipient at Mina Emergency Hospital, check with the hospital and ward that flowers are accepted, then use the hospital’s full address. A flower order for a recipient at University Medical Center needs the hospital’s own delivery address and a prior check with the ward about acceptance.
Before sending flowers to Ministry of education, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. A delivery for Omar Ibnu Abdualaziiz primary school is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. When several people are giving the flowers together at Pakistani school, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.
Flowers for a service at Bay'ah Mosque are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. For a service at Al Khayf Mosque, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
When the recipient is at Hospital Alawi Tunsie, the destination should be the hospital’s full address, after confirmation that the ward accepts flowers.
Before placing a workplace order for General Presidency of the Affairs of the two Holy Mosques, ask whether personal deliveries are accepted and give the organisation and recipient’s department.
An address in Al Kakiyah should retain that locality alongside the other delivery details.
Before sending a tribute to Al Adil Cemetery, ask which gate is used for deliveries and whether somebody needs to be there to receive it.
A delivery timed for a meal at Baytoti needs the reservation name and the sitting; ask whether an earlier drop-off suits the restaurant better than one during service.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes and cakes. Check availability for the product you choose.
