Same Day Delivery
Order before 14:00 local time and your flowers can be in their hands the same day. Someone went out of their way for you, and a bouquet at the door thanks them better than a message can. Sending flowers to Sint Maarten takes a few minutes online from wherever in the world you are: you choose the arrangement, you pay in the currency you already hold, and the flowers are made up and delivered locally. Every order carries a card message at no extra cost, printed word for word.
Choose from over 200 gifts and place the order before the cutoff, and the island florist can still deliver it today.

Deliveries run Monday to Saturday. If the date you have in mind is a Sunday, choose the Saturday and the flowers are waiting a day ahead. Bouquets are built around the freshest stems available that morning, which is why a design can shift a little between the picture and the door: if one flower has run out, the florist swaps in another of equal or greater value, in the same style. The colour weight and the shape you chose stay as they were, and nothing is quietly downgraded to fill the gap. Order the arrangement you want and let the florist match the day's stems to it.
Sint Maarten uses no postcode — the street name and number, or a PO Box, is what the florist navigates by. Write the address as it would be written on the island, and finish it with the country line, naming the island and the Dutch Caribbean, so nothing is ambiguous once the order leaves your screen. Add the recipient's local phone number as well: florists use it to confirm availability and the exact address before they set out. Apartment entrances often need a door code, so put it in the checkout notes and the delivery does not stop at the street door.
Flowers is the largest of the categories, and its arrangements come hand-tied, wrapped in cellophane or a tropical leaf, and sometimes boxed when the gift should look finished on arrival. Alongside them you can send Gift Baskets, Plants, Chocolates and Balloon. Almost all cut flowers here appear to be imported year-round, largely through Miami and the Netherlands, since commercial growing on the island is negligible; hurricane season, June to November, can hold shipments up and leave brief shortages.
Arrangements here tend to be bold and tropical, built on strong colour with large-leaf accents rather than pastel or monochrome, and bright combinations appear to be the preference when the gift marks a celebration. Roses, orchids, anthuriums, heliconia, bird of paradise, carnations, lilies and ginger lily are the stems that come up most, cut with ti leaves, palm fronds, monstera, croton and ferns. Flowers are a common gift for Mother's Day and birthdays. When you are saying goodbye from far away, flowers stand in for you at the service: white lilies and roses are the conventional choice for wreaths and sprays, and large standing wreaths and cross-shaped pieces are usually what family and community groups send. Wreaths and formal funeral pieces need 24–48 hours' notice.
Valentine's Day on 14 February and Mother's Day on the second Sunday of May are the two that move the most roses and mixed bouquets. They are also the exception to the usual schedule: florists open for the big flower days, so your order can arrive even when the date falls on a Sunday. Order at least 48 hours ahead for both. King's Day on 27 April brings orange-themed flowers, Carnival runs from late April into early May with dates set annually and calls for floral crowns and tropical decor, and Sint Maarten Day on 11 November fills the island with floral and cultural display. Christmas on 25 December is poinsettias and festive arrangements for home and church.
Someone mid-journey, at an airport or a cruise terminal, is almost impossible to reach with a delivery. Send to their hotel, their office or their home address instead, timed for after they arrive, so the flowers are waiting when they walk in. If nobody is home when the florist calls, they will usually ring the recipient or arrange a redelivery. Choose a delivery date you know they will be at the address, and the bouquet has somewhere to land.
