A florist in Ribcev Laz handles the arrangement and delivery when you order from abroad. When choosing the flowers, consider the recipient’s tastes and whether you want the gift to feel personal, formal or understated for the person receiving it. Checkout lets you pay in your own currency. Write your message for the included card, free of charge and without changes to your wording. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear. Local landmarks such as Casparin are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark. People locate the town by Monument to four brave men in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination.

The order must be placed before 14:00 local time for same-day flowers in Ribcev Laz. Provide the street, number, postcode and town together with the recipient’s full name and contact telephone number. If an entry code is needed, include it with the order.
When several people are giving the flowers together at Osnovna šola Dr.Janeza Mencingerja, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.
For a service at Church of St. John the Baptist, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. For a service at Cerkev sv. Marije Magdalene, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. When a funeral service is held at Župnijska cerkev sv. Nikolaja, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Residence Triglav, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted.
If the recipient works at Občina, ask about personal flower deliveries and identify the organisation and their department in the address.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Camp Restaurant Bohinj, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
