Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card. People locate the town by Casparin in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination. Local landmarks such as Monument to four brave men are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.

Sending flowers to someone at Osnovna Sola Dr.Janez Mencinger? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. For a delivery to a teacher at Osnovna šola Dr.Janeza Mencingerja, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
If the service takes place at Church of St. John the Baptist, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. For a service at Cerkev Vnebovzetja Device Marije, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. Flowers for a service at Cerkev sv. Marije Magdalene are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For a recipient at Občina, include the organisation’s name and any floor or department, and check whether personal deliveries are accepted.
