You do not need to be in Riebeek West to order: a local florist prepares and delivers flowers sent from abroad. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. For payment, checkout uses your own currency. A free card message is included, with your wording kept exactly as you write it. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else. Voortrekker Memorial is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door.
Select a city to see local florists & same-day delivery options
To order flowers for same-day delivery in Riebeek West, use the destination’s 14:00 local cutoff. The address details should identify the street and number, postcode and town, as well as the recipient’s full name and phone number. Any required building access code should accompany the order. Address details for Esterhof should include the locality, street, number and postcode.
For a guest at Riebeek Valley Luxury Country Hotel, confirm that the hotel accepts flower deliveries and provide the name used for the reservation.
When several people are giving the flowers together at Huis Maree Hostel, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. For a delivery to a teacher at Smuts-Malan High School, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
Flowers for a service at NG Kerk Riebeek-Kasteel are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. If the service takes place at Riebeek-Wes NG Kerk, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If you are sending to a guest of Royal Hotel, check the hotel’s arrangements for accepting flowers and address the order using the name on the reservation.
A delivery timed for a meal at Old Dalby Restaurant needs the reservation name and the sitting; ask whether an earlier drop-off suits the restaurant better than one during service.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, cakes and balloons; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
