For a recipient in Gaejeong-dong, you can place the order from abroad and have the flowers prepared locally for delivery. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. When you complete the order, you pay online in your own currency. The included card carries your personal message word for word, with no additional charge. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from.

For delivery on the same day in Gaejeong-dong, the order needs to be placed before 14:00 local time. Supply the full street address and postcode for the delivery town, and identify the recipient by their full name and contact telephone number. Any required building access code should accompany the order. For someone in Gaejeon-dong, use that locality name within the delivery address.
If you are sending to a guest of Savills Hotel Gunsan, check the hotel’s arrangements for accepting flowers and address the order using the name on the reservation.
Sending flowers to someone at Gunsan Pureunsol Elementary School? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. Before sending flowers to Gunsandong Elementary School, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. For a delivery to a teacher at Gunsandong High School, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
Flowers for a service at Guam Church are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. For a service at Jochondong Catholic Church, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. For a service at 성암 교회 (Sungam Church), ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
A flower order for someone staying at Reborn Hotel should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first.
For a recipient at public parking lot, include the organisation’s name and any floor or department, and check whether personal deliveries are accepted.
For an address in Geumam-dong, include the locality together with the street, number and postcode.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Binhaewon, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants and chocolates; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
