Flowers for a service at Guam Church are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. When a funeral service is held at Janghang Catholic Church, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. If the service takes place at Jochondong Catholic Church, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Piano Hotel, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted.
