Supply the full street address and postcode for the delivery town, and identify the recipient by their full name and contact telephone number. Supply any necessary door code as part of the delivery instructions. For someone in Wanwol-dong, use that locality name within the delivery address.
A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Paesyeon Hotel, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted. Check that Ribera Tourist Hotel can accept flowers for the guest before ordering, using the reservation name to identify them.
A delivery for Masan Womens High School is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. Sending flowers to someone at Masanjungang High School? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. For a delivery to a teacher at Wanwol Elementary School, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
If the service takes place at Wollam Catholic Church, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. For a service at Wolyeong Catholic Church, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If you are sending to a guest of Lotte Crystal Hotel, check the hotel’s arrangements for accepting flowers and address the order using the name on the reservation.
When entering an address in Woryeong-dong, include the locality as well as the street and postcode.
If you are planning flowers for a meal at Dangol Fish Restaurant, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.
