Supply the full street address and postcode for the delivery town, and identify the recipient by their full name and contact telephone number. Sending flowers to someone at Masanjungang High School? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. A delivery for Masan Middle School is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. Before sending flowers to Masanguam Elementary School, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
When a funeral service is held at Hogye Catholic Church, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. If the service takes place at SEOHAGSA, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. Flowers for a service at Sangnam Catholic Church are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If the recipient is staying at Ribera Tourist Hotel, ask about flower delivery arrangements and give the name on their reservation.
For a recipient at Gimhyeongman Plastic Surgery Clinic, check with the hospital and ward that flowers are accepted, then use the hospital’s full address.
For an address in Janggun-dong 1(il)-ga, include the locality together with the street, number and postcode.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Changnyeong Fish Restaurant, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants and chocolates. Check availability for the product you choose.
