The local ordering deadline for same-day flowers in Jihyeon-dong is 14:00. Complete the order with the destination’s street address, number, postcode and town, adding the recipient’s full name and contact telephone number. Where access depends on a door code, include that code in the order details. Address details for Bongbang-dong should include the locality, street, number and postcode.
Before sending to Semyeong University Chungju Oriental Medicine Hospital, confirm flower acceptance with the ward and enter the hospital’s own delivery address. When several people are giving the flowers together at Chungju Daewon High School, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. A delivery for Chungju Mideok Middle School is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. Sending flowers to someone at Dalcheon Elementary School? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.
When a funeral service is held at Cheonseong chruch, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. If the service takes place at Seokjongsa, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
A flower order for someone staying at Chungju Grand Tourist Hotel should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first.
Check the flower policy of the relevant ward before ordering for Jungguk Oriental Medicine Clinic, using the hospital’s own address for the destination.
An order for a staff member at Chungju City Hall should include their organisation and department, with acceptance of flower deliveries checked beforehand.
When the destination is in Chungui-dong, include the locality rather than leaving it out of the address.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Bun Cha Saigon, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants and chocolates; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
