You’ll pick the city and day on the product
Ordering from abroad? A local florist prepares and delivers your flowers in Pohang-si. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. Place your order online and pay in your own currency. A free card message is included, with your wording kept exactly as you write it. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else.

The same-day ordering cutoff in Pohang-si is 14:00, local time. Use the full destination address on the order: street and number, postcode and town, followed by the recipient’s name and contact number. Add the building’s entry code to the delivery details when a code is needed. For an address in Goedong-dong, include the locality together with the street, number and postcode.
When several people are giving the flowers together at Heunghae Middle School, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. Sending flowers to someone at Pohang Daeheung Elementary School? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. For a delivery to a teacher at Pohang Idong High School, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
When a funeral service is held at Changseong Presbyterian Church, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. If the service takes place at Deungdaesa, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. Flowers for a service at Jeongwolsa are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to Commodore Hotel Pohang, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers.
An order for a staff member at Daegu District Court-Pohang should include their organisation and department, with acceptance of flower deliveries checked beforehand.
When entering an address in Haedo-dong, include the locality as well as the street and postcode.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at bb.q Olive Chicken Cafe, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants and chocolates; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
