The same-day ordering cutoff in Yeonil-eup is 14:00, local time. Use the full destination address on the order: street and number, postcode and town, followed by the recipient’s name and contact number. Where access depends on a door code, include that code in the order details.
Before sending to Chamsarangsonggwang Oriental Medicine Clinic, confirm flower acceptance with the ward and enter the hospital’s own delivery address. If you are sending flowers to someone at Iujinsoagwa Clinic, first check whether their ward accepts them and enter the hospital’s full delivery address.
When several people are giving the flowers together at Yeonil Hyeongsan Elementary School, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. Before sending flowers to Yugang Elementary School, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. A delivery for Yugang Middle School is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
When a funeral service is held at Munsusa, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
