Flower Delivery in Are

For a recipient in Are, you can place the order from abroad and have the flowers prepared locally for delivery. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. The order can be paid for online in your own currency. Include a personal card message at no extra cost, with the wording reproduced exactly as you enter it. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else. Local landmarks such as Bustvalen are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark. People locate the town by Björnstenen in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination.

Funeral and Sympathy Flowers in Are

For a service at Hallens kyrka, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. If the service takes place at Marby gamla kyrka, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. Flowers for a service at Marby nya kyrka are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.

Flower Delivery in Are — FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions — Flower Delivery in Are

What happens if a flower is unavailable?

An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.

Can I request a specific delivery time?

A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.

Which payment methods can I use?

You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.

What happens if the recipient is not home?

If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.

Where should I send flowers for someone who is travelling?

For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.

What details are needed for a hotel delivery?

Check that Hotell Duvedsgården can accept flowers for the guest before ordering, using the reservation name to identify them.

How should I include the locality in the address?

An address in Björnänge should retain that locality alongside the other delivery details.

Can I arrange flowers for a restaurant celebration?

For a table booked at O'Learys Åre, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.

What else can I send besides flowers?

You can also browse dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and cakes, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
