Frequently Asked Questions — Flower Delivery in Kebal

What happens if a flower is unavailable?

If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.

Can I request a specific delivery time?

You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.

Which payment methods can I use?

You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.

What happens if the recipient is not home?

If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.

Where should I send flowers for someone who is travelling?

For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.

What details are needed for a hotel delivery?

If the recipient is staying at Laholmen Hotell, ask about flower delivery arrangements and give the name on their reservation.

What should I check before sending flowers to a hospital?

For a patient at Praktikertjänst Närsjukhus Strömstad, ask the relevant ward about flower deliveries before ordering and use the hospital’s address as the destination.

What should I check before sending flowers to a workplace?

When ordering for a recipient at Stadshuset, check acceptance of personal deliveries and include the organisation and department in the details.

How should I include the locality in the address?

If the recipient’s address is in Kristorp, keep that locality in the full delivery address.

Can I arrange flowers for a restaurant celebration?

If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Kontoret, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.

What else can I send besides flowers?

Other listed options include dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and cakes. Check availability for the product you choose.
