Sending Flowers to Schools in Malmslatt

A delivery for Nygårdsskolan is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. Before sending flowers to Tokarpsskolan, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.

Funeral and Sympathy Flowers in Malmslatt

When a funeral service is held at Kaga kyrka, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. If the service takes place at Kärna kyrka, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. For a service at Ledbergs kyrka, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.

Flower Delivery in Malmslatt — FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions — Flower Delivery in Malmslatt

What happens if a flower is unavailable?

If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.

Can I request a specific delivery time?

You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.

Which payment methods can I use?

You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.

What happens if the recipient is not home?

If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.

Where should I send flowers for someone who is travelling?

For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.

What should I check before sending flowers to a workplace?

Before sending to a workplace such as Mötesplats Ryd, check acceptance and include the organisation and department in the address.

How should I include the locality in the address?

Where the delivery address includes Mjärdevi, retain the locality when filling in the order.

Can I arrange flowers for a restaurant celebration?

For a table booked at IKEA Restaurang, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.

What else can I send besides flowers?

You can also browse dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and cakes, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
