For a guest at Lumber & Karle, confirm that the hotel accepts flower deliveries and provide the name used for the reservation.

Sending Flowers to Schools in Vara

For a delivery to a teacher at Lagmansgymnasiet, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. Before sending flowers to Larvs skola, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. When several people are giving the flowers together at Torsgårdsskolan, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.

When a funeral service is held at Levene kyrka, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.

Flower Delivery in Vara — FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions — Flower Delivery in Vara

What happens if a flower is unavailable?

If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.

Can I request a specific delivery time?

You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.

Which payment methods can I use?

You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.

What happens if the recipient is not home?

If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.

Where should I send flowers for someone who is travelling?

For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.

What details are needed for a hotel delivery?

If the recipient is staying at Bjertorp Slott, ask about flower delivery arrangements and give the name on their reservation.

What should I check before sending funeral or remembrance flowers?

For a tribute intended for Vara kyrkogård, confirm with the cemetery where flowers can be accepted and which entrance or meeting point to use before placing the order; a cemetery name alone does not specify the handover location.

Can I arrange flowers for a restaurant celebration?

Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Haralds, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.

What else can I send besides flowers?

The listed gift categories include dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
