Flower Delivery in Bern

An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.

A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.

You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.

If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.

For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.

Before placing a workplace order for Swissmedic - Swiss Agency for Therapeutic, ask whether personal deliveries are accepted and give the organisation and recipient’s department.

For a recipient whose address is in Burgfeld, keep that place name in the address you enter.

A tribute addressed to Friedhof Bümpliz should carry the name of the person it is for and the time of the service: a cemetery covers more ground than a single address.

For a table booked at Steinhalle, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.

The listed gift categories include dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and balloons; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.

Before sending flowers to Gewerbeschule, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.

For a delivery to a teacher at PH NMS Bern – Pädagogisches Hochschulinstitut NMS Bern, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.

A delivery for Gymnasium Kirchenfeld is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
