Send flowers to Stein from another country; the arrangement is made and delivered locally. When choosing the flowers, consider the recipient’s tastes and whether you want the gift to feel personal, formal or understated for the person receiving it. Payment is taken online in your own currency. There is no charge for the accompanying card, which uses your message exactly as supplied. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card. People locate the town by Alois Rey 1934-2004 in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination. Fridolinsbrücke is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door.

Same-day orders for Stein close at 15:00 local time. The order needs the recipient’s full name, a contact number and the complete destination address, including its street number, postcode and town. Provide the code needed to enter the building, where applicable. When entering an address in Rüti, include the locality as well as the street and postcode.
Check that Rheinfels Park can accept flowers for the guest before ordering, using the reservation name to identify them. The location listed for Rheinfels Park is Schaffhauserstrasse 14; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
When a funeral service is held at Reformierte Kirche, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. Flowers for a service at Kath. Kirche Hl. Bruder Klaus are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. If the service takes place at Neuapost. Kirche, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For a table booked at Zollhüsli, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.
Other listed options include dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and balloons. Check availability for the product you choose.
