Use the full destination address on the order: street and number, postcode and town, followed by the recipient’s name and contact number. When the entrance uses a code, add it before completing the order.

Sending Flowers to Schools in Waldstatt

Before sending flowers to Primarschule und Oberstufe, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. When several people are giving the flowers together at Schule Waldstatt, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.

If the service takes place at Evangelisch-Reformierte Kirche, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. For a service at Römisch-katholische Kirche, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.

Flower Delivery in Waldstatt — FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions — Flower Delivery in Waldstatt

What happens if a flower is unavailable?

An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.

Can I request a specific delivery time?

A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.

Which payment methods can I use?

You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.

Where should I send flowers for someone who is travelling?

For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.

What should I check before sending flowers to a workplace?

For a recipient at Gemeindeverwaltung Waldstatt, include the organisation’s name and any floor or department, and check whether personal deliveries are accepted.

Can I arrange flowers for a restaurant celebration?

A delivery timed for a meal at Löwen needs the reservation name and the sitting; ask whether an earlier drop-off suits the restaurant better than one during service.

What else can I send besides flowers?

The listed gift categories include dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and balloons; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
