A florist in Hai handles the arrangement and delivery when you order from abroad. When choosing the flowers, consider the recipient’s tastes and whether you want the gift to feel personal, formal or understated for the person receiving it. Checkout lets you pay in your own currency. The card is included in the order, and your message is printed exactly as written. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else.

Select a city to see local florists & same-day delivery options
Supply the full street address and postcode for the delivery town, and identify the recipient by their full name and contact telephone number. Add any required entry code before submitting the order. Keep the locality on the order when the recipient’s address is in Machame Gate.
Check with the ward at Masama Lutheran Dispensary before ordering flowers, and use the hospital’s own address for the delivery. Mbweera is the listed address of Masama Lutheran Dispensary; confirm the appropriate entrance or delivery point with the hospital before using this address for flowers.
When several people are giving the flowers together at Stella Maris English-Medium Primary School, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. Before sending flowers to LYASIKIKA SECONDARY SCHOOL, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. For a delivery to a teacher at TUMO SECONDARY SCHOOL, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
For a service at Hai Lutheran Church, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. Flowers for a service at LYAMUNGO SINDE KKT CHURCH are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to Aishi Machame Hotel, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers.
Before placing a workplace order for Maji Water & Irrigation Authority, ask whether personal deliveries are accepted and give the organisation and recipient’s department.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Snow View, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and cakes. Check availability for the product you choose.
If the recipient is staying at KIA Lodge, ask about flower delivery arrangements and give the name on their reservation.
Check with B-More Comfort Stay before sending flowers for a guest, and supply the name on the booking.
