You do not need to be in Maswa to order: a local florist prepares and delivers flowers sent from abroad. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. For payment, checkout uses your own currency. Add the words you want the recipient to read: the card is free and the message is kept unchanged. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear.
Select a city to see local florists & same-day delivery options
To order flowers for same-day delivery in Maswa, use the destination’s 16:00 local cutoff. For the delivery address, provide the recipient’s full name and telephone number along with the street, house number, postcode and town. Any required building access code should accompany the order.
Check the flower policy of the relevant ward before ordering for Inpatients Wards, using the hospital’s own address for the destination. For a recipient at Maternal and Child Health Department, check with the hospital and ward that flowers are accepted, then use the hospital’s full address.
For flowers addressed to a guest at Magreth Hotel, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order. If you are sending to a guest of Magwela Nangale hotel, check the hotel’s arrangements for accepting flowers and address the order using the name on the reservation.
When a funeral service is held at KKT maswa, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. For a service at Kanisa la sabato sola, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. For a service at Maswa Free Pentecostal Church, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
When addressing flowers to a guest at Golden Eye Hotel, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel.
When the recipient is at HIV/AIDS district clinic, the destination should be the hospital’s full address, after confirmation that the ward accepts flowers.
If the recipient works at Mahakama ya wilaya, ask about personal flower deliveries and identify the organisation and their department in the address.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Forest Motel, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
You can also browse gift baskets, plants, chocolates and cakes, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
Sending flowers to someone at Binza high school? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.
For a delivery to a teacher at Maswa chuo cha ufundi, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
