You do not need to be in Mikumi to order: a local florist prepares and delivers flowers sent from abroad. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. The online payment is made in your own currency. Write your message for the included card, free of charge and without changes to your wording. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear.

Before submitting, include the recipient’s full name and phone number together with the destination’s street, number, postcode and town. Provide the code needed to enter the building, where applicable.
A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Spider Guest house, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted. For flowers addressed to a guest at Camp Bastian, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order.
If the service takes place at Mikumi Community Mosque - Miskiti, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Sending to Reception & Restaurant? Check acceptance with the hotel and put the reservation name on the order.
