Planning a same-day delivery in Sikonge? The ordering deadline is 16:00 local time. Give the recipient’s full name, street and number, postcode and town, plus a contact phone number for address queries. Add any required entry code before submitting the order.
Sending to a patient at Moravian Leprosy rehabilitation center calls for a check with their ward about flowers and the hospital’s complete delivery address on the order. Use the hospital’s full address for Mazinge health center, and ask the relevant ward whether flowers may be delivered.
Before sending flowers to KAMAGI SECONDARY SCHOOL, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. For a delivery to a teacher at Mole Secondary School, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. Sending flowers to someone at Moravian Vocational Training center- VTC? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.
Flowers for a service at Kidugalo Moravian Church are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. When a funeral service is held at MOSQUE, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. For a service at Moravian Old Church - Sikonge, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For flowers addressed to a guest at Guesthouse, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order.
Check with the ward at Moravian Leprosy hospital before ordering flowers, and use the hospital’s own address for the delivery.
Check whether Sikonge District Executive Office accepts flowers for staff before ordering, and include the organisation and any department in the delivery details.
If you are planning flowers for a meal at Moravian Rest house, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
For a guest at Kaluvya hotel and shopping center, confirm that the hotel accepts flower deliveries and provide the name used for the reservation.
Sending to Pretoria Lodge? Check acceptance with the hotel and put the reservation name on the order.
